Private Banquet Room

|
Throughout the restaurant are images of San Francisco's history.
The featured display is a grouping in the banquet room centered with the 1915 Panama Pacific Exhibition (PPIE). The PPIE is considered by many the greatest world's fair ever held - celebrating the completion of the Panama Canal and the rebuilding of San Francisco after the Earthquake and fire of 1906. Other images show the City's financial district, construction of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Gate before the bridge was even conceived. We see shopkeepers at the turn of the century, bustling street life, cable cars at the turnaround, Union Square before the quake. Contemporary shots of Beux Arts Masterpiece, the City Hall complement the Mayor's room, a private dining area. Overall this helps createa a unique San Francisco Bistro!

Benentt Hall and Business Image Group created the images at Momo's through a proprietary process, carefully hand-tinting each image in exacting detail. The completed prints are then scanned at high resolution and further refined using digital processes. The final prints were made using the Lightjet 430 RGB onto Fuji Crystal Archive, arguably the world's optimal and highest resolution digital output device for artwork and photography.
The program was designed and produced by Hall and Business Image Group (BIG) from concept through completion in collaboration with Pete and Janet Osborne, Momo's proprietors.
BIG's framing team handles the conservation museum quality framing, elegant beveled mirrors and installation.
Look for a continuing evolution of the program at Momo's in the months ahead.
We invite you to visit Momo's and enjoy their unique blend of San Francisco tradition - a treat for the palette and a treat for the eyes.
